   The Only One Left by Riley Sager is a mystery/horror novel about a woman who takes a job as a caretaker for elderly lady Lenora Hope, who was accused of murdering her family decades ago. She learns that Lenora whom is in a wheelchair, is rendered mute and can only communicate with her caretaker via typewriter. One night Lenora offers to finally tell the story of what really happened that night in 1929.
